DJ LGNDS. Those unique individuals in our nightlife community who have exhibited the highest level of talent, consistency and resilience over the years. Our world demands a lot from our headliners. The audience knows their music, and they know what’s real. The rare few who have maintained headliner status year after year truly have earned the LGNDS status.
The NYC 2021 edition of LGNDS features 4 DJ’s who come from all over the world and represent some of the world’s great house music destinations. Boris from New York, Oscar G from Miami, Steve Lawler from England plus another LGNDS DJ to be announced. Four giants of the music world coming together at Knockdown Center for this one special night of Saturday December 18, 2021.
Outline: Fall will return inside Knockdown Center’s main hall to present a captivating blend of indie-rock, folk, and experimental music across multiple stages. Headlined by acclaimed pop innovator Julia Holter, the latest edition of our seasonal event series expands the boundaries of modern music for a night of strange and beautiful possibility.
A night of experimental electronics and improvisation, w/ genius trumpeter Jaimie Branch, Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe (Candyman OST), & noise explorers Hiro Kone & Drew McDowall.
Venus X of GHE20G0TH1k fame and The Whooligan create a music lineup that is reflective of diverse music passions. All three artists are known for forging their own path in the dance world, look forward to a party of musical abandon in The Ruins.

Inside at night, the main room lines up a heady mix of emerging and established artists – including legends Ron Trent and Analog Soul alongside risers like Yasmine, Yung Neil, Bizzy Banks, and Polo Perks; each broadcast live and uncut to the world. Meanwhile in room two, art collective Papi Juice and meme activists Patia’s Fantasy World present a roster of artists, musicians and DJs from their spheres. Stay tuned for the full lineup drop on these.
Elsewhere, Boiler Room’s film platform 4:3 collaborates with Rhizome – the not-for-profit arts organization that supports and provides a platform for new media art founded in New York in 1996 – to present a special one-off video installation.
Brooklyn’s very own Aurora Halal and Mike Servito playing a very special daytime open-air party at the Ruins of Knockdown Center.
The iconic Marcellus Pittman is joined by Brooklyn’s own AceMoMa [AceMo + MoMa Ready] and Dee Diggs in the Ruins of Knockdown Center.
A special presentation of the new Circuit Des Yeux album “-io” (Matador Records), accompanied by The Wordless Music Orchestra.
