Our open floor plan is well suited for large-scale set builds, can easily accommodate holding/catering, is conveniently equipped with ample power distribution, and is climate controlled.

Event

Knockdown Center’s multiple joined/dividable spaces with 5 adjacent outdoor areas lend themselves to a broad range of uses from conferences with break out rooms, to multi-stage music festivals. With an open floor plan, and capacities from 300-3100, our century-old building is sure to leave a lasting impression.

We exclusively offer full-service beverage packages in-house and provide spacious accommodating kitchen facilities for caterers.

Private Event & Wedding

Knockdown Center is the ideal location for private events, and couples seeking to celebrate their wedding on a grand scale. High ceilings, brick finishing and 20,000 square feet filled with natural light create a breathtaking space as unique as it is flexible.  With multiple outdoor patios, one of a kind ruins, vine wall, and cocktail areas, on-site parking and valet, catering facilities, coat check, and a dressing room, we have space for the entire celebration from getting ready to the after party. Our rental comes with a concert-level sound system and lighting grid complete with a production team who can take the lead and help you make the best of our space day or night. Our space works best for groups ranging from 200-800 people.
